The film was restored from the original print kept at the Indonesian Cinematheque. Special thanks to the family of Usmar Ismail.。过去很火的短道速滑国家代表朱英，现在是高中冰壶队的教练，隐瞒着无法告人的过去生活的她，传来了令人震惊的消息。在一起度过选手时期的同事去世，朱英去了殡仪馆，在那里遇到了教练赫洙，重新想起了那么想忘记的记忆……。每期选择中外8个左右选手，涵盖技能、体能、脑力等多个项目的极致挑战。节目在展示这些选手挑战各种不可能的任务和故事的同时，重点展现"挑战自我"和"认识自我"。共11期，前十期为晋级赛，最后一期为决赛盛典。。
