Quique is dispatched to a village in deep Spain Teruel to lead its politics of recuperation but soon discovers he was sent there so that his girlfriend and leader of his party could spend more time together。远离尘嚣的海滨小城，小方（许伟豪饰）与逃离家庭的袁泳（黄炎饰）、追求自由的杨帆（王悦伊饰）偶然相遇，乌托邦式的冲浪生活吸引三人不断靠近，殊不知冲浪店老板东滨哥（李康生饰）背后亦隐藏着不为人知的巨大秘密。在彼此的试探中，小方与袁泳之间好感渐生，这份特殊情愫极限拉扯着二人的心……。
