Why so few realise the importance of Ot...。《叽里咕和男人女人们》是继《叽里咕和女巫》和《叽里咕和野兽》后的第三部叽里咕噜系列电影动画片。延续了前两部的风格，此部电影还是由叽里咕爷爷的叙述作为串联，讲述了在村庄还处于被女巫卡拉巴的恐怖统治时五个关于叽里咕，村民和村庄过路人的小故事。。少年华符生不谙世事，唯独痴迷医学，非常规的行医手段让城中百姓对他又爱又怕。华符生因百医之死被误认为凶手，师父遗留的信中线索似指向神秘的“天书”。恰逢凉州城主之女文珏、百戏传人顾天也卷入其中，三人结伴前注凉州展开调查。文珏借城主府势力力保华符生在凉州开设医馆，又有顾天巧舌如簧辅助套取情报。华符生在凉州为贫民行医治病的同时寻找真相，然而奇诡之事频发，迷局愈加错综。华符生并不知道，自己的到来已经悄然引起凉州城内暗流涌动……。
