Mic's only dream is to own a luxury car, and with Bob's help...。1990年代，在日本打工的黎莉（黎姿 饰）不幸灼伤双眼，男友钱绍仪（林文龙 饰）不得已陪其回上海治疗。一个偶然机会，钱结识了导游范小欣（高欣 饰），他心生一计，想借机抛弃黎莉。他付给范七千元钱，让他假伴盲人照顾黎十天，然后不顾女友哀求独自飞返日本。极富同情心的范小欣用各种方法排解黎莉的痛苦心情，对她进行无微不至的呵护，令黎十分感动。眼科教授安慰黎莉做好手术准备，他积极奔波为其寻找角膜捐献者，并帮助筹措手术费用。在众多好心人的帮助下，手术如期进行并获得成功。跚跚来迟的钱绍仪得知手术成功，他对范小欣提出了无耻要求......。
