The film follows Fred, a busker, and his cat Tabby McTat who enjoy a contented life singing on the streets of London to delighted audiences. One day when chasing a thief, Fred falls and breaks his leg and is whisked away in an ambulance. What will become of the busker’s cat left alone on the city streets?。鲁邦刚刚利用赛马比赛大赚一笔，紧接着开始打起一周后的另一场赛马的主意。不料半途搭救了一位年方二八的离家出走的美少女，于是鲁邦转行干起了“调解未成年人与家长之间的矛盾”这一“很有教育意义的事业”，同时他还要赶在一周后参加下一场赛马…… 本作系鲁邦三世系列第18部TVsp，于2006年9月8日放送。
